I formed Two Trails Partners to unlock the next stage of growth for a great business with an exceptional team. After the acquisition, I will pivot into a full-time operating role - fully dedicated to continuity and prosperity for your team, customers, and community.

I am from Houston, TX and went to Boston College with an NROTC Scholarship before commissioning into the United States Marine Corps. I served as a Captain in financial management, primarily for logistics units on Camp Pendleton, and deployed to the Middle East in 2016-2017 supporting the Counter-ISIS mission. In the Marines, I learned to place supreme weight upon purpose, and the drive to excel it breeds: sometimes there is a moral mandate to doing your job well. Doing something that matters… matters a great deal to me.

After the Marine Corps, I went back to school at Harvard and pivoted to the private sector, where I have worked in consulting, customer success, and led a small manufacturing business for a private equity group. This last experience taught me how challenging and impactful running a small business can be. I found in small business leadership a portion of the purpose I felt in the Corps: when your team's payroll & prosperity depends on your leadership, there is a moral mandate to doing your job well.

I also learned the incentives of PE can drive you toward the wrong outcomes. I started Two Trails as a vehicle to do things differently, with a focus on long term durable growth where profits are reinvested into the company and the team. With that in mind, I am excited to meet you and learn more about the team you lead and the business you built.

I live in Reston, Virginia with my family. We look forward to moving to the business upon acquisition, and joining your community.
